All products sold through our online store are final sale and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do accept exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability; if the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. To avoid delivery issues, ensure that all shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive your package.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at heavenlyhosanna@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, subject to availability. Refunds will not be issued.
